For more than 90 years old, the glass terrines Le Parfait® “Super”, available in 6 sizes,  are the essential ally of homemade meat preparations. Their hand-assembled stainless steel closure guarantees a perfect seal. The straight shape of the terrine allows a easy release, for clean and neat presentations every time.

Ideal for terrines, pâtés, foie gras, stews or game meats, these glass terrines are designed for resist sterilization, pasteurization and fermentation, ensuring a reliable and durable conservation of your homemade preparations. It is compatible with the main conservation methods: pasteurization, sterilization in pressure cooker, water bath or standard sterilizer.

Sold per set of 6, with one washer included per jar, they offer a complete and practical solution for your preservation and fermentation needs.

Remember to change the washer/gasket at each heat treatment.
