This jar, available in 2 capacities, adapts to all your desires thanks to its airtight closing system with stainless steel clips to guarantee preparations with heat treatment and on-the-go recipes. Perfectly waterproof, store and transport your preparations with complete peace of mind. With its removable clips, your Bistrot jar is suitable for daily use and microwaveable. It is also suitable for pasteurizing and sterilizing your recipes for long-term storage. The clips are attached to the stainless steel frame, so there is no risk of loss.
This jar consists of:
- of a jar body in 425 ml or 580 ml
- with a glass lid
- of a washer Le Parfait in 85mm
- a stainless steel frame with 3 clips
Directions for use: Before each use, wash the jars well with hot, soapy water. Never use metallic or abrasive sponges. Let them air dry. The jar is pasteurizable, sterilizable, it is also microwave and dishwasher safe without its clips and washer! When used for long-term storage, remove the metal frame after your heat treatment to check that the air vacuum has worked properly. The clip mount can therefore be used on other Bistrot jars.
